While Ive been a repeat customer of EasyJet for years, I am consistently disappointed by this app and the lack of policy info/extra prompts for important elements like added pre booked baggage, dimension info, and extra hidden regional fees. I always travel alone and with a standard small size backpackers backpack to limit checked bag fees, waiting times, and lost luggage. EasyJets app does not allow intuitive navigation for purchasing extra checked bags or add ons in advance & the dimensions of carry on luggage seems to change daily! The biggest disappointment is if you are unfortunate enough to click the "check in" button early for your upcoming flight, a step EasyJet prompts you to do fervently, only to realize later that you may need to pay for a checked bag before the day of your flight comes. Good luck. If youve already checked in for your flight(s), even weeks in advance, there is NO avenue by which to pay a pre flight fee for luggage; one must pay a full £45 per bag regardless of size & weight, and eat the more than doubled cost to check your bag(s), even if you are weeks away from setting foot in the airport. Currently, most airlines have a somewhat confusing sliding scale of baggage and weight fees, and sometimes getting to your boarding gate, one is caught with a bag a few inches larger than the carry on limit etc. But not having access to info that might help you avoid such things, or pay a lesser fee from the app regardless if youve checked in remotely is just a huge oversight. There is no where on EasyJets app outlining full policies on this or regional surcharge calculations. Recently, I was affronted with a £90 additional fee (more than 3 nights stay in a hostel!) simply because I clicked a button on the EasyJet app prompt without having access to differences in fees pre and post check in. The flight attendants on my flight couldnt even give me consistent answers on the policies. Perhaps they only have access to the app as well. I may have to transition to RyanAir in the future, as much as I dislike that solution.

Excellent easy to use app, among the best airline apps...

The app stinks. But these folks nickel and dime you to death. Service is minimal. The only reason to fly easy jet is the low fares. And that is a VERY good reason to fly them. You can see a lot of Europe for very little money. So, I wasnt to surprised by how user unfriendly this was. Its par for the course.

EasyJet app is a very nice travel companion, its so good that we dont have to print and carry tickets. And other features are hugely helpful, especially notifications about flight delays. Thank you!

As a frequent traveller, I am particular about the apps that I use. Among them are Tripit and Kayak, both of them helpful tools for researching and keeping track of trips. The EasyJet app is easy to use, the navigation is intuitive, and it integrates nicely with my iPhones Passbook. I have yet to have it crash, and it loads quickly. I also like the background visuals it provides for the miscellaneous cities that Ive frequented. Five stars from me!

Do not rely on this app. I had 2 boarding passes loaded. On the way back I could not swipe to the boarding pass for my return trip. The app froze. Closing the app completely and starting again did not solve the problem. I did not have any internet connection. Luckily I had PDF file on my iPad. Scanning machine was small, but one third of my ipad could get in I could scan bar code. With iPad PRO I would have no chance to squeeze it in.

Please please please store my passport info so that I dont have to enter it every time I fly. This is really annoying!!

Store passport data (except if you want people to make mistakes and pay for them) . Export to calender saves wrong time and uses the local time of departure for arrival destonation. App has a lot of updates with little improvements. And instead of making us re-enter the login details again and again, you could save those details or at least the email address.

Slow to load. Password field doesnt accept pasting and resets when you switch apps, rendering 1Password generated passwords very hard to use.
