Such a great, straightforward app. Never need to print boarding passes again.

Crashes 100% of the time when trying to add a boarding pass to passbook.

Boarding pass cant be issued without passport info, and you cant add passport info here. Poor design, frustrating experience, typical easyjet.

Whenever I try to use any function of the app, I get a "temporary error." This has been true for weeks. It does nothing.

Lets me check in easily, the app is stable, and boarding passes go to passbook with no trouble.

Easy to use. Really like the off-line and multiple person boarding pass feature. One of the best airline apps I have seen.

The app has several mistakes. When I wanted to pay with my Visa Electron I recieved a message that the card is not valid. I had to choose Visa clasic from the menu to pay with Visa electron. Also my selection of extra luggage had disappeared and I had to pay double price at the airport (god knows why). It is not possible to check-in from several airports - in my case - Funchal. You have to go to EasyJet website which is not adjusted for Iphone and it is nightmare to go through the procedure without PC.

Was told to register through my app. Did everything, even had the green check mark ensuring I had registered. Get to airport, app now says I am not registered. Have to wait in line for an extra hour. Fix this please...

Love Easy Jet, but not their App. Whenever I put my travel dates in to see about making a possible reservation, it always throws an error. The app is pretty useless.

Says it can download boarding passes but gives me an error every time I try. Broken app.

Cant receive my boarding pass despite checking in on a computer.

You simply cannot use this app. It is a shame.

I love the app, but its not working with the new iOS 8. Im getting error messages and cannot access my mobile boarding pass. I fly easyJet every week and never had problems before the iOS 8 upgrade. Please update ASAP! Thanks!

Cannot log in or download PassBook boarding pass. It’s basically useless as it is, please fix ASAP.

Absolutely unreliable. Id say at least half of the time the app cannot connect to server even though the internet is up and running, so you end up wasting your time. Its an awful app, especially for such a big company. Its a joke, dont bother...

Say what you like about no-frills and low-cost carriers but this is an exemplary airline app. Well done easyJet.
